Wow Wow Wow

Okay so yay! We got the first day of school out of the way, which was crazy! For the first part of class, we went around and told everyone a little bit about ourselves. Then we went for snack time, and recess which some of you, not mentioning names, decided to go and eat some paint :P. Then we went back to class, to learn our project which was. "We are doing a about me project that is due Thursday the 19th this about me project has a twist tho. Your going to be partnered up with someone in class you don't know very well and you'll be doing the project about each other. The things I wanna know about your partner are.

Favorite place to shop in sl:
If they have a family or not:
If they do do they have parents or just aunts and uncles?
Whats their favorite toy & game
If they have a pet and what's their name.
If they have any nicknames for themselves

If you want to take a picture together that'd be great and i'll put it up in class. You will be doing a presentation together in class telling us what you've learned about each other

We are going to be spending a lot of time together so make sure to get to know all your class mates, hopefully this will help!

School is about to start!

Eeeee! I'm so excited about school starting next week!

Hello Everyone and Welcome to my class,
I am so very very excited and happy to have you here! I know we have a short semester but it's okay! It's going to be jam packed with fun! We are going to have a creative class. None of that adding and subtracting or spelling. *pause for cheers* yayy! But there is a few things I'm going to need from you.

First we are going to do journal projects for this you are going to need a blog, I would really like for everyone to have a blogspot blog (www.blogspot.com) if possible. If you already have one and don't mind using it for class I do not mind at all. I just need you to send me a note card with your blog URL and with your name on it. is our classroom blog I will write in it everyday we have class for those of you that have missed. Or random tips on projects we are working on. So it's always a good idea to read over it when I post :)

Next thing is Flickr...(www.flickr.com) To help with upload cost I am giving you a option of either uploading some pictures we do or projects in world, or using a flickr group pool. I know that times are rough all around so I'm not going to ask you to spend 10L to upload a picture, I know that doesn't seem a lot to some of you. But it can add up quickly. Plus it gives you options to share pictures that you have taken during class or on class trips. http://www.flickr.com/groups/1559886@N21/
Is our class group so if you don't have a flickr account it's really easy to create one if you need help again let me know and I will be more than happy to help you. When we do, do projects that require upload I need you to send me a NC with you name telling me that you have used flickr, if you didn't use flickr there is no need to send me a NC.

Next thing on the list,
I need a notecard with your parents name or a emergency contact name on it. Just in case something happens to you I need to let them know. Just a adult who is taking care of you. I also need you to add anything you are allergic to on there as well if there is anything special i need to know about you, please put it in that notecard :)
